Give it a little time. My blood pressure was sitting around 150/100 7 months ago, and now it's around 110/75. The various studies I've looked into which examined low-carb diets vs low-fat diets have found those on low-carb diets have an initial spike in blood pressure and cholesterol, but over the course of several months those levels drop below those people on low-fat diets.
